All I can say is just, WOW! The support we have received has and continues to keep me humble and just overall grateful for the work I am permitted to do with these young individuals.

The girls, Princess and Lethabo, began ballet classes with Lorine (a contact from Ashley and Jesse). While initially I thought that it would just be a nice addition to their learning, ballet has been so much more for them and me. They have learned dedication and what it requires to work through difficulties. The dance company even put on their annual showcase and because of the support from donors the girls were able to dance confidently in proper costumes all because of the support from you guys. <3

For practicality, I have decided to loop in the other children for extra curricular activities on a monthly basis. Lunga began karate this month and while I know it will be good mental training for him, I also see the benefit of perseverance of working through things that do not always come easy at first.

I am just so excited to present this opportunity to him and see where he takes it from there.
